How to Order

HOW TO ORDER ON HAND ITEMS:

• If the item is on hand, just go through the checkout process and your order will be shipped out in 1-2 days after payment.
• Once payment has been sent, send your proof of deposit/transfer via email so that your order can be processed right away.  
• You will receive an order confirmation and shipping notification via email. 

 

HOW TO PRE-ORDER LISTED ITEMS:

• We accept reservations for out of stock or incoming items listed on the site. 
• Go through the checkout process and you will be notified once your order is ready to be shipped out. 
• Once payment has been sent, send your proof of deposit/transfer via email so that your order can be processed. 
• There is a 10% charge for reservation cancellation as long as the item has not yet been delivered or it is not a special request item. 

 

HOW TO REQUEST FOR SPECIAL ITEMS

• Send us a link of the item you are interested in via PM or email.
• We will send you the quote and ETA. Quotes are subject to change and depend upon the site price and prevailing exchange rate.
• Once you've decided to order, fill out the order form and pay the 50% downpayment.
• When your order arrives from the US, we will notify you so you can settle the balance and arrange for shipping. 
• Once order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled since we are placing that order especially for you.
